Portland Monthly 5 Star Award

Five Star Professional honors the recipients of the 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent awards and publishes the results in Portland Monthly magazine. A survey is conducted among Portland area residents who recently purchased homes, along with service providers such as title and escrow companies, to determine the agents ranking highest in client satisfaction. The award winners highlight those ranked in the top 7% of the marketplace.

The FIVE STAR Real Estate Award program is conducted by a 3rd party research firm, and recognizes real estate agents who have outstanding client satisfaction. None of the agents pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list. Based on personal experience, respondents evaluate the real estate agents on categories such as integrity, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills.

The final list identifies the evaluated agents who scored highest on Overall Satisfaction. The list is reviewed by a “blue-ribbon” panel of experienced individuals in the real estate industry to assess the highest scoring agents. Agents are also screened to verify that all licenses are up to date and that no disciplinary actions are pending. We are honored to be recognized for the past four years among this exclusive 7% of Portland real estate agents.
