Our new team space on SE Division is being built out over the next few months. Meanwhile, we’ve taken a temporary office in a new building directly across the street to transition our business and keep an eye on construction process! One of the many goals with the move was to get in on the ground floor in one of Portland’s hottest new neighborhoods. Southeast Division Street is undergoing a complete overhaul including street and sidewalk infrastructure, and new construction of retail, residential and commercial buildings. This walkable neighborhood is thriving and a perfect backdrop for Home Team Realty and our clients! Our goal is to shine with an inviting space, unparalleled systems, tools and organization, and a marketing plan that enhances our strong referral network. The team model that we've worked hard to perfect allows us to meet all of our clients needs while still enjoying a balanced high quality of life.

Our real estate market in Portland withstood the recent recession and has since gained back the losses caused by the struggling economy. We expect the upward trend to continue in the coming years with our business growing respectively. Our clients and business are an important part of our lives, and we consider our successes concomitant.

Our unique team structure provides full time service for clients without sacrificing a high level of client care. Most other agents do not have the type of backup support structure that we provide and cannot arrange to have agents easily available at any time to help their clients. We have a combined 27 years of real estate experience in the Portland area market and backgrounds in law, finance, and real estate development that help us to educate, advocate, and serve our clients on a higher level than the competition! So, we hope to see you soon, and don't plan on getting out of the neighborhood without grabbing a bite at one of the amazing restaurants nearby!
